How long does it take to sell a home in Gwinnett County?
It depends on your price range, your home's condition, and how it is priced on day one. Homes that are priced right from the start usually sell fastest. When I send your valuation, I include how long similar homes near you have taken to sell lately.
Do I need to fix everything before I sell?
No. I give you a short prep list that separates the repairs buyers care about from the ones that won't change your price. Many sellers only need a deep clean, fresh paint in a few rooms, and a handful of small repairs.
